Premium House, Worthing
We recently completed the full electrical fit-out of a large office-to-residential conversion, transforming an old office building into 16 modern one-bedroom apartments. Our fully qualified electricians carried out a complete new electrical installation throughout the entire building, along with the installation of a fully compliant fire alarm system, door entry system, emergency lighting, and an AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) system for smoke control. To ensure proper ventilation and air quality in each apartment, we also installed a MEV (Mechanical Extract Ventilation) multi-room extraction system. This project showcases our expertise in large-scale residential conversions, delivering safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant solutions from start to finish.
Exterior Lighting
We recently completed a stunning garden project in Haywards Heath, installing sleek and modern lighting throughout the garden, lighting up the steps and side entrances. To complete the transformation, we also provided a dedicated supply for the new hot tub. This project perfectly showcases how thoughtful electrical design can elevate any outdoor space into a stylish functional retreat.
Care Homes
We are proud to hold multiple ongoing contracts with care homes across Sussex and Kent, where we carry out essential electrical works including the renewal of fire alarm systems, communal lighting, emergency lighting, and external lighting. 21 bedroom HMO, Worthing
We recently completed a major project on a large 21-bedroom HMO property, delivering a full electrical installation from the ground up. This included the design and installation of a comprehensive fire alarm system, a fully integrated door entry system for added security, and emergency lighting throughout the building to ensure safety and compliance with current HMO regulations. The project was delivered on time and to the highest standards, with every detail carefully planned to meet the specific needs of a high-occupancy property. The Stag, Kemp Town
We carried out a full electrical installation across four premium two-bedroom apartments, delivering a high-spec finish tailored to modern luxury living. The works included the installation of a fully compliant fire alarm system, AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) system for smoke ventilation, and a secure door entry system for resident access control. Each apartment was fitted with supply for integrated kitchen appliances, power showers, and energy-efficient lighting and socket layouts. Emergency lighting was installed throughout all communal areas to ensure safe evacuation routes, all completed to current regulatory standards and with meticulous attention to detail.
Full domestic rewire
This full domestic rewire was an essential upgrade, as the property's electrics hadn't been touched since the house was built in the 1970s and were no longer safe for modern living. Our team carried out a complete rewire throughout the home, transforming both safety and style. We installed modern spotlights and a feature light above the kitchen peninsula and elegant wall lights in the bedroom. The result is a home that not only meets today's safety standards but also offers a clean, contemporary look that matches the clients interior design.
