21 bedroom HMO, Worthing
We recently completed a major project on a large 21-bedroom HMO property, delivering a full electrical installation from the ground up. This included the design and installation of a comprehensive fire alarm system, a fully integrated door entry system for added security, and emergency lighting throughout the building to ensure safety and compliance with current HMO regulations. The project was delivered on time and to the highest standards, with every detail carefully planned to meet the specific needs of a high-occupancy property. Our team worked efficiently and professionally, ensuring the finished result provides a safe, modern, and reliable living environment for all residents.
23 Bed HMO, Littlehampton
We are currently involved in a major 23-bed HMO development in Littlehampton, where our team has been part of the project since the first-fix stage. We carried out the full electrical infrastructure installation throughout the property, running new cabling, installing socket points and preparing the building ahead of the next phase of construction. As the project has progressed, our work has included the installation of new consumer boards, a full fire alarm system, CCTV, and a modern door entry system. We have also completed electrical installations for communal lighting and appliances, pre-paid machines for shared facilities, electric heaters and towel rails within rooms, and provisions for a new AOV system and solar panels.
